Principal training stands as a pivotal contributor to the advancement of both individual schools and the broader education system. The refinement of school principals’ skills holds immense significance as effective educational leadership plays a crucial role in fostering improvements in educational activities and student learning outcomes. Recognizing this, Aawaj International recently organized a two-day training program for principals in Gaidahawa, Rupandehi, in collaboration with the Gaidahawa Rural Municipality.
The training aimed to augment the capabilities of school principals in the region. Thirty-plus principals from government, community, and private schools actively participated in the program, which was conducted in collaboration with various stakeholders from the district. The event was orchestrated under the guidance of Shashi Sharma Majgainya, the Chairman of Aawaj International.
The training sessions were specifically tailored to enhance the participants’ teaching methodologies and skills. The curriculum addressed various aspects of educational leadership, equipping the principals with the tools and insights needed for effective school management. The collaborative effort between Aawaj International and Gaidahawa Rural Municipality demonstrated a commitment to elevating the quality of education in the region.
